Incorrect Service Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the wrong service, please notify us within 3 business days of the transaction to arrange a service exchange or possible refund.

Unfulfilled Service: If the service has not yet commenced or if, due to unforeseen issues, we are unable to complete it within the specified timeframe, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

Quality Disputes: If you believe the delivered service did not meet the outlined standards, you may request a review and possible adjustment or partial refund.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are generally non-refundable:

Completed Services: Services that have already been delivered as described are not eligible for a refund.

Expedited Services: Fees for expedited services are non-refundable once the service has been initiated.

Customized Reports and Consultations: Due to the tailored nature of custom services, these are non-refundable after service commencement.

3. Refund Process

  • Upon receiving your request, we will review it and respond within 7 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method (PayPal, credit card, etc.) within 10 business days.

4. Refunds for Payments Made with PayPal and Credit Cards

Refunds for payments made through PayPal and credit cards will follow the standard process, with the refund issued to the PayPal account or credit card used for the original purchase. Please note that refund times may vary depending on your credit card issuer or PayPal, and any transaction or currency exchange fees are non-refundable.

5. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel a service that has not yet commenced, please notify us as soon as possible. Full or partial refunds for cancellations are subject to the status of the service and our discretion based on work already completed.
